Production time is 20–25 business days from the date of purchase, allowing us to craft each garment with the attention to detail it deserves.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not offer refunds. However, we are pleased to offer a size exchange or store credit to ensure the perfect fit.

Requests for exchanges or store credit must be made within 72 hours from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Please note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
